Job Summary
We are seeking a super friendly, energetic and hard-working Cashier/Server to join our team! As a Cashier/Server, you will ring up sales, take payments, wait tables, issue receipts, take orders over the phone. You will provide excellent customer service by ensuring all transactions run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of point of sale system/cash register.
We are looking to fill 3-5 shifts from Tues-Sunday 4/4:30PM-8:30/9PM

Responsibilities
- Greet each customer with a smile and actively assist while they are ordering/waiting
- Work the point of sale system to ring up sales and complete transactions
- Collect payments by cash or credit card
- Issue receipts and refunds to customers
- Participate in product promotion events and initiatives to drive sales
- Maintain a solid knowledge of product inventory to assist customers with their selections
- Side work such as folding boxes, napkins, and assisting servers if needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
- Ability to quickly and accurately work a point of sale/cash register
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule

Compensation: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
